I would never recommend something I don’t personally adore.
So, without further ado, here are some fantastic ideas to surprise your health conscious loved ones!
For Her
Morrocco Method
I’ve talked about my love for Morrocco Method before, but the more I use their products the more I love them! Not only are their shampoos and conditioners all natural, raw, vegan, and Paleo… they have saved my scalp and make my hair so shiny! They also have great brushes, henna for coloring and shine, and more. I’m trying their pomade next (my pixie could use a little more flare.) They have some amazing packages that would make a perfect holiday gift for the women (or men!) in your life.

For the Kids
Non-Toxic Play-dough & ll Natural Paint Kits
Let your kids imagination run wild with these fun non-toxic options. Play dough you can trust, and paints you feel safe using. I love both of these for my kiddies. And they love them, too. Check out the Eco Kids Natural Plant Dye Modeling Dough here and the Glob All Natural Paint Kits here. You can also make your own gluten free playdough with this recipe.
Piggy Paint Non-toxic Nail Polish
I’d admit, I’m not one to paint my nails… like ever. But a few weeks ago my adorable 15 year old neighbor (who is idolized by my 3 year old daughter) offered to pain my child’s nails. Of course I immediately started searching out non-toxic versions of nail polish and discovered Piggy Paint. My little C loves the colors and I feel a lot better letter her paint her nails with it. For the Home & Kitchen
Cast Iron Skillet
I love my cast iron skillet and use it almost every single day. When properly seasoned it because a lovely, non-toxic non-slip surface. Read more about how to care for your cast iron cookware in this post. But trust me, these pans can literally last a life time and be used for almost anything. Click here to see my favorite skillet.
Cuisinart Food Processor
Fun fact: My roommate years ago had an older Cuisinart Food Processor that she would always rave about. I didn’t really get it. Even when I started cooking I didn’t get it. In fact, my first food processor was a much cheaper one and I thought it was good enough. But earlier this summer, when my cheap one broke (it was only two years old, too! Boo.) I finally tried the Cuisinart Food Processor and fell in love. It’s so much more quiet! And way more powerful. It would make an awesome gift for a foodie in your life. Click here to see my favorite one.
Vegetable Spiralizer
I’m not one for “uni-taskers” in the kitchen, but I love this little gadget. With a husband who adores pasta this spiralizer has made a much healthier addition to our meals. We love making zucchini noodles… and carrot noodles… and let’s be honest, my husband is determined to try ALL the noodles. It’s a really fun gift. Click here to see which one we have.
NutriBullet
I know there is a lot of debate about what blender is the best. I’ve heard only great things about Vitamix and Blendtec, but I’ve found our little (but powerful) NutriBullet to be so useful for making smoothies. I especially love the easy clean up. It also works as a small food processor. And it’s cheaper. You can find it here.
Mattress and Pillows
It’s a little cliche, but you have probably heard that you spend over 1/3 of your life sleeping. With that in mind, investing in a new good quality mattress and pillows every few years is absolutely worth it. The holidays are usually the best time to buy a mattress due to regular Black Friday deals that go on at many retailers. You can check out some of the more popular deals here.
