One 16 ounce bag of dried beans and a few simple ingredients will give you a trio of fun flavor options: BBQ, Salt and Vinegar, and Chili-lime. Grab a few for a quick snack, or sprinkle them on a salad instead of croutons! We found them easy to make, and surprisingly addictive.
Fresh, healthy ingredients are big on taste and free of preservatives, artificial flavors and food dyes. I love knowing that my kids are enjoying something healthy!
Plan ahead when you make these, because the chickpeas need to soak overnight and will need to simmer on the stove for at least an hour.
