Looking for a fast but memorable appetizer? Perfect for an office party, a holiday get-together or just something to snack on before dinner, these savory stuffed mushrooms need just four simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep time.
  • 20 organic mushrooms
  • 12 ounces organic cream cheese
  • 1½ cup organic Parmesan Cheese, grated and chopped
  • 1 clove organic garlic, pressed
  • Paprika, for garnish
  1. Wash mushrooms, remove stems and set the caps aside to dry. Finely chop the stems.
  2. Soften cream cheese, and add the Parmesan, garlic, and chopped stems. Mix well, then stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
  3. Arrange mushrooms in a baking dish, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is brown, bubbly and crispy on top (25-35 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms).
