As a college student, I decided that the best way to stay healthy, happy, and sane about what I surrounded myself with was to deny the instant-ramen-and-cheap-soap lifestyle doomed to people my age, and instead put my creativity to work using the real and nourishing resources around me to create the healthy life I wanted to live.
