Why are you awesome?
Well, besides being really smart, attractive, and very kind you also have a lot of great ideas and tips on healthy living. How do I know? Well, for starters there are numerous awesome comments here on this humble blog. And then there are your brilliant ideas on facebook (like this thread). And let’s be honest, I only associated with smart people… therefore, you guys MUST be geniuses. ;-)
And lest you think I’m joking, I’m not. I really do value your experiences, tips, resources, and knowledge. And that’s why I’m so excited to announce the Thank Your Body Thursday link up party that will be starting next week!
This will be your chance to share your posts on healthy living. What kind of posts? Well, things like:
- real food recipes
- tips on exercise, fitness, yoga, running, etc.
- diy natural care products
- green and sustainable living tips
- homeopathic and natural approaches to healing
- motivational and inspirational stories about your journey to healthy living
Health is not just about one thing. It’s the combination of many things that create real vitality.
