Join the Thank Your Body Community!
You are what makes this site possible, and I’d love to connect with you!
Are you ready to join the revolution for happy, healthy living? I sure hope so. Whether you’re the silent ‘blog stalker’ (yep, that’s usually me) or the vocal cheerleader… I want you to know that you matter. We are stronger together, and together we can change the world.
How to Connect
You can join our community through any of Thank Your Body’s social media outlets: Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram. You’ll notice that I’m more active on some platforms compared to others, but I do post to all from time to time.
My newsletter is full of free tips and resources to help you make easy, healthy habits. When you sign up you also get a free copy of my super popular book: Your Simple Healthy Handbook. Just leave your name and email address below and I’ll send it to you right away. (Don’t worry, I hate spam as much as you and I’ll never share your information. Plus, you can unsubscribe at any time.)
Need to ask me a question?
One of my FAVORITE parts of this job is hearing from you. I want to hear your success stories, your challenges, and your constructive feedback. I read every message that comes my ways and reply as often as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A MESSAGE IF:
- You’re looking for medical advice. I’m not a doctor. I legally can’t give out medical advice. So go see your own healthcare practitioner for things that go beyond building healthy habits.
- You can easily find your answer through Google. While I LOVE connecting with like-minded folks, my time is precious (especially with two little kids). So, check with Google first. Pretty please. 🙂
- You’re a troll. I’m cool with people having different opinions with me, and I’m happy to have thoughtful discussions. But mean-spirited emails will immediately be deleted. Don’t waste your life being a jerk, okay?
- You’re selling something, wanting me to switch ad providers, looking to “optimize” my website, wanting to guest post without actually reading my blog, or hoping I’ll review your product for free. While I do very occasionally promote products I absolutely love, I’m more interested in offering common sense advice than becoming a spokesperson for every brand out there. While there are tons of worthy products and causes, I’ve learned it’s more important to stay focused on my mission: Helping people feel awesome in (and about) their bodies.
